Folkuniversitetet

Folkuniversitetet is one of Sweden’s ten study associations. Folkuniversitetet conducts public education and adult education in around 100 locations in Sweden and abroad. It is formed by the five foundations Course activities at Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, Lund and Umeå universities respectively. Folkuniversitetet is an organization based on ideas, independent from party political, religious, trade union and commercial special interests. Folkuniversitetet conducts public education and adult education throughout Sweden. Our idea is to give people the conditions for a richer life through knowledge and creativity. Knowledge changes.
