Los Laboratorios se organizar\u00e1n como \\\"orquestas\\\", con el objetivo de reforzar el sentimiento de pertenencia de los j\u00f3venes a un grupo, aprender a fijarse objetivos ambiciosos pero realistas, estimular su creatividad y su deseo de aprender nuevas habilidades. EYRO crear\u00e1:\\n\\n1. Una \\\"orquesta juvenil a distancia\\\" europea, inclusiva y colaborativa, que ofrezca tutor\u00edas y preparaci\u00f3n para tocar m\u00fasica juntos en toda Europa. \\n\\n2. Un programa de formaci\u00f3n que permita a los profesores de m\u00fasica trabajar eficazmente con j\u00f3venes vulnerables (es decir, competencias basadas en la inteligencia emocional) y con la tecnolog\u00eda seleccionada (competencias digitales). \\n\\n3.
